RITC 2018 will be held from Thursday, February 22nd, 2018 to Saturday, February 24th, 2018.The following steps outline the necessary actions that must be completed in order to register your team for the competition.
Deposit Payment Timeline:
Early-Bird: Sept 1, 2017 - Oct 26, 2017
Deposit Amount: $1,000 CAD plus 13% HST
Regular: Oct 27, 2017 - Dec 7, 2017
Deposit Amount: $1,200 CAD plus 13% HST
Please note: Only after the deposit and the registration form (Step 2) have been received will the spot be reserved for the team. We highly recommend sending both the team registration form and deposit within the same day.
A staff member, faculty member, or student club leader must also fill out the 'Team Registration Form' below to continue the registration process and reserve a spot for their school. Shortly after, a confirmation will be sent out and their school will appear on the teams page. Your spot will not be reserved until both the deposit and the team registration form have been received.

Remaining fees do not have to be paid until your team has decided on the number of competitors it will be registering. Paying this fee is not required to reserve a spot in the competition, however failure to pay this fee by the December 7th, 2017 deadline will result in your school's spot being released.Teams will consist of a minimum of 4 team members, plus, an optional two substitute members and a faculty advisor.

Team of 4 - $800 CAD per team plus 13% HST
Team of 5 - $1,000 CAD per team plus 13% HST
Team of 6 - $1,200 CAD per team plus 13% HST
Please note: Any schools that have begun the registration process but have not paid for their team members by December 7th, 2017 in full may have their spot released to another school.
